The numerous small decisions and actions you undertake each day, either good or bad, have a massive impact on your life when compounded over months and years.

Your training is no different. 

One of the biggest lies in the fitness industry is that there are quick wins and shortcuts to a ripped physique. 

Let’s be clear, there isn’t. 

Consistency is key. Consistency in your training. Consistency in your nutrition, consistency in your rest and recovery.

It may sound repetitive, but that’s because it is.

Building muscle and getting lean and in shape means forming new positive life habits, replacing current bad ones, and embarking on a fitness journey that for most people will last years, and hopefully a lifetime.
